Meditation is a beautiful and extremely valuable practice for one who makes the time.

 

As beneficial as this practice is, many give up on it before they get started out of pure frustration.

 

This is why I teach different methods of meditation. Some techniques for beginners to ease into meditation more easily, and other approaches to help mix up your current meditation practice.

Massage

Besides the health benefits of massage, taking the time to relax and be pampered is always a reward we should give ourselves.

 

Receiving a massage in peace, with calm energy in a quiet, comfortable environment will have you in a proper mood, leaving your stress and anxieties behind.

Pranayama - Breathing Basics

This program is dear to me as it helped me self-heal from some ailments I possesed.

 

Understanding the correlation of controlling our breath and the life-energy behind it is a method documented over 700 years ago in Eastern Yoga Texts and what I enjoyably studied and  learned during my time spent in India.

Yoga - Stretch

Don't let the title fool ya!

 

I incorporate a session where we will perform a full stretch on the body by incorporating some Yoga poses but not a full-on yoga session.

 

In this program we will concentrate on the form and hold. It is a mix of yoga, stretching, meditation and breathing exercises all in one.

Ayurveda

All meals are prepared via Ayurvedic methods. Fresh, local ingredients are used as much as possible (depending on the season). 

 

Introduction to Ayurveda and Mindful Eating is also included in this program.

 

Food allergies and intolerances are taken into account when discussed in your consultation.

Inversion Therapy

Inversion Therapy is something that I normally practice through yoga poses. However, since we will not be performing a dedicated Yoga session, we will achieve it via an inversion table which is an extremely easy and safe way to achieve the same results.
